Method
1) Add a generous helping of lingiune to a pan of boiling water and cook.2) Gently sauté for 3-4 minutes in 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 large clove of garlic and 2 small red chili peppers finely chopped.
3) Add cooked linguine and a handful of chopped fresh basil to the oil, garlic, chili mixture and stir well.
4) Serve immediately.
