Method
1) Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.2) Add all the wet ingredients and beat well.
3) Pour into a shallow baking tin (7" x 11") and bake for about 30 minutes at 180-200ºC/375-400ºF.
4) When the cake has cooled, cut it into 'bars'.
5)Roll each in marzipan, then dip in melted chocolate. Mark on bark details with a cocktail stick and leave on a plate to set.
