David's Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3oz. Pudding Rice
  • 1 pint soya milk
  • 4-5 dessert spoons of maple syrup
  • 1 knob of vegan margarine
  • a good sprinkling of cinnamon, or to taste.

    Method

    Mix all ingredients in an ovenproof dish, and allow to stand for an hour if possible, to soak-up the flavours.
    Cook at 190 f. for a couple of hours, or until it looks done.
    Serve hot or cold.
